Construction General Laborers
We are currently seeking construction laborers to join our team for commercial and residential new construction projects. The ideal candidates should be hardworking, dependable, and have a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with various manual labor tasks on construction sites
- Operate and maintain hand and power tools
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and hazards
- Assist with concrete work, including mixing and pouring
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols at all times
Requirements:
- Prior experience in construction or a related field preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
- Knowledge of basic hand and power tools
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Safety Skills Needed:
- Understanding of job site safety regulations
- Ability to identify and report potential hazards
- Proper handling and disposal of construction materials
- Knowledge of personal protective equipment (PPE) and its correct usage
- Emergency response and first aid skills are a plus
