            <description><![CDATA[<p>Louisiana-based professional surveying firm specializing in both land and hydrographic surveying is seeking motivated individuals to join our field operations team as Entry Level Field Survey Technicians. This position provides hands-on training in land surveying, hydrographic surveying, LiDAR, GPS, and other advanced geospatial technologies.</p>  <p>No previous surveying experience is required. We are looking for dependable individuals with strong work ethics, mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.             <description><![CDATA[<p><strong>We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated <em><strong><strong>Production Machinists&nbsp;</strong></strong></em>to join our dynamic manufacturing team.</strong></p>  <p>&nbsp;</p>  <p><strong>DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p>  <p>&nbsp;</p>  <p>Perform set up and operation of machinery (lathe and/or mill) in order to prepare metallic and non-metallic parts required in the production of products.</p>  <p>-Review blueprints, drawings and specifications or sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances of part/product, sequence of operations and/or set up requirements</p>  <p>-Measure, mark and otherwise indicate the dimensions and reference points on the part or material to be used as guides for subsequent machining</p>  <p>-Select, align and secure the holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories and materials on machines to include mills, lathes and grinders</p>  <p>-Calculate and set controls to regulate various machining factors such as speed, feed, coolant flow and depth and angle of cut</p>  <p>-Start and observe machine operation to detect any malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining, adjust as necessary</p>  <p>-Verify conformance of finished part to ensure it meets specifications</p>  <p>-Confer with production personnel, supervisors and/or others to resolve machining or assembly issues</p>  <p>-Perform daily maintenance duties and/or notify supervisor of any equipment-related issues that may require attention</p>  <p>-Maintain and clean and orderly work area</p>  <p>-Responsible for performing dimensional inspections on in-process parts</p>  <p>&nbsp;</p>  <p><strong><strong>REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></strong></p>  <p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
